University of South-Eastern Norway (Høgskolen i Sørøst-Norge) is the second largest public university college in Norway, with 18,000 students and 1,500 employees on eight campuses. The university was founded in January 2016 as a result of the merger of three higher education institutions in Norway: the Universities of Baskerud, Vestfold and Telemark University College.
