ENSCL Lille (L’école nationale supérieure de chimie de Lille) was founded in 1894 as the Institute of Chemistry in Lille. Since its inception, the institute has been designed to train engineers for industrial development in the south of France, but over time it has developed, expanded and entered the international arena. Today, the National School of Chemistry in Lille trains chemical engineers in a variety of fields.
