University Politehnica of Bucharest (Universitatea Politehnica din București) is the largest technical higher education institution in Romania. In 1818 it was founded as a “Higher School for Geodetic Engineers” with instruction in Romanian. In 1938, this educational institution included separate, previously independent, specialized in the fields of architecture, industrial, agricultural and food chemistry educational institutions.

- A letter of support from a professor at the host university is required for Ph.D. staff.
- The sum of travel expenses is not based on the price of the ticket itself but is calculated according to the distance from the home to the host university with the calculator.
- The program does not cover insurance costs, It is paid separately by each participant!
