Bialystok Technical University ( Politechnika Białostocka ) – is one of the largest technical universities in north-eastern Poland. The university was founded in 1949. Today, Bialystok University of Technology employs over 620 academics and provides postgraduate education for over 7000 students at six faculties. Bialystok University of Technology is constantly developing its scientific and educational infrastructure. Recent years have been an unprecedented investment period for Bialystok University of Technology. The University has acquired four new facilities: Center of Modern Education, Scientific and Educational Center of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Innovative Scientific and Educational Center of Alternative Energy Sources, Energy Efficient Construction and Environmental Protection “INNO-EKO-TECH”.
